Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.

Delivery Policy:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 4 to 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

When the merchant will deliver the product replacement in 5 to 15 working days.
