Return Policy

100% Money back if issue not resolved in maximum 30 days via same mode. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Cubicmart will allow return of products in following cases:

  • Wrong order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues)
  • Defective product
  • Damaged product
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

Eligible for a Return/Replacement in following case:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website

Not Eligible for a Return/Replacement in following case:

  • If sealed package of branded products is open
  • If returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:

        If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing or for any other reason you want to return product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order at our helpline number or email at support@cubicmart.com. You can raise a return request by:

  • Contact us at our helpline number and provide Order ID details.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cubicmart.com

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 2000Rs, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy:

      In case you want to cancel your order, you need to call at our help line number or email at support@cubicmart.com at any point of time before order delivery. Cubicmart may also want to cancel order under following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Restriction on quantity ordered
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address

        In case, customer opted for COD options, then before accepting order we require additional information from customer for verification to avoid fake orders. After verification, Cubicmart can cancel order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by customer.

        Once the cancellation done, the entire amount will be fully refunded via original method of payment within 07 to 10 working days.


Refund policy:

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Note: Refund of return shipping cost will be full-refunded/partial-refunded/ non-refundable/ same value e-gift coupon / partial value e-gift coupon will be provided only based on your order and it subject to change at any time.

        If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
